Using the Diomede Islands - affectionately known as Yesterday and Tomorrow Island - as a working metaphor to express the working together of opposites in close proximity to one another, this series encourages play between opposites through colour, lines and texture. Getting our hands on different writing tools - including the Ax-110 Brother electric typewriter, Google Translate and fountain pens - we took inspiration from the world of literature, dreams and our own experiences of reality; making flashy fiction through our fingers and bringing to light our shining subconscious.
